Just leave a brief note while booking a session, telling us what you’d like to learn and that will help us better prepare to help you! Please also let us know what your preferred date/s and time/s would be so we can organise your session with our tutor. We will then be in touch to confirm with you.

Class location: Bianca Lorenne Studio – 9/477A Devon Street East, New Plymouth.

Parking: Please park on Devon Street as there is no parking within the complex.

Payment

100% deposit is payable on registration. Your one on one session will not be confirmed until full payment is made.

Cancellation policy

Full refund of payment or eligibility to move your session to a different date will only be allowed with 72 hours’ notice. Failure to attend your session without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or to have your session moved to a different date. Please be considerate. We reserve the right to cancel your session due to unusual and unforeseen circumstances. We will try to avoid this wherever possible however sometimes this cannot be avoided. In this situation we will of course offer a full refund. We are sorry but we cannot be financially responsible for extreme weather conditions or any other situations that are out of our control.
